These three recipes are made from three star ingredients embodying two terroirs, Finistère and Hérault:

Les Rillettes de la Mer: Julien is a young craftsman who works with fish without compromising on quality: local and seasonal species exclusively, and of course without coloring, preservatives or chemical additives. His workshop is located at the end of Brittany, a stone’s throw from the ocean. The ideal location for quietly concocting wonderful jars with the fruit of the local peach.
The Pepper Cream: For the preparation of our Pepper and Artichoke creams, we wanted to work with a craftsman based in the South of France, close to the regions most suitable for organic vegetable cultivation. This is how we chose to work with Xavier, a craftsman based in Hérault for the quality of his know-how and the precision of his production tool.
