Julien is a young craftsman who works with fish without compromising on quality: local and seasonal species exclusively, and of course without dyes, preservatives or chemical additives. His workshop is located at the end of Brittany, a stone’s throw from the ocean. The ideal location for quietly concocting wonderful jars with the fruit of the local fishing.
