Our Rillettes are tasty and melty thanks to the perfect balance between flesh and fat, from mature Geese.
They have a strong and fine taste and are fabulous on toasted bread !

– Avant ouverture, conserver dans votre garde manger dans un endroit frais et sec: DDM 4 ans.
– Après ouverture, conserver au frais et consommer sous 5 jours.
Our recipe is made from white Geese, raised during at least 20 weeks, outdoor from the 8th day. They are exclusively fed with cereals cultivated on the farm and prepared on-site. Frayed by hand they have generous pieces.
Recette réalisée à partir d’oies de la ferme (nées, élevées, abattues, transformés en France, dans l’Eure):
– Goose (67.3%),
– Goose fat,
– Onion,
– Salt, black pepper, thyme and nutmeg,
And nothing else ! 100% natural.
The Goose Rillettes are delicious generously spread on a small toast of farmhouse bread or sourdough bread.
One jar allows you to make:
10 to 20 small toasts (2 to 3 people)
It can also be used in a sandwich for lunch or on a big tartine for dinner, in association with other products of your choice (cooked meat, cheese). It is also ideal to pair it with the other products of collection #2.
One jar allows you to make 3 to 4 big tartines or sandwiches (2 to 3 people).
For instance you could:
– Use it as a main ingredient for your sandwiches or as a Hachi Parmentier
– Realise wonderful verrines by combining it with our other recipes !
