From a grocery store bordering the Bois de Vincennes to the sunny fields of southern France, the story of a family house that has been able to update itself without ever renouncing its values: taste, taste, taste! At its head, Xavier and Benoît perpetuate an artisanal know-how which our Fine Artichoke and Organic Pepper Creams testify with happiness and greed…

In 1982, Xavier and Benoît’s uncle took over a delicatessen in the heart of Saint-Mandé (Val-de-Marne), with the ambition of bringing his customers back to the artisan taste of good things. He then creates his own jams on site.
Relocated to Languedoc-Roussillon in the mid-90s, a region of primeurs par excellence, he was gradually joined by his two nephews to whom he passed on the envy, creativity and know-how worthy of a master craftsman.

The secret: the care of the selection

Over the harvests and seasons, the family business develops its range between sweet and savory, remaining true to its artisanal values while modernizing itself to maximize the quality and traceability of its recipes. The fruits and vegetables are carefully selected then processed with the greatest respect, following a top level quality process, certified FSSC22000.
Artichoke and Pepper at the base of our ORGANIC Fine Creams are thus associated with simple ingredients (garlic, onions, apples, aromatic herbs) sourced as close as possible to Xavier and Benoît’s workshop.

“Sharing an emotion, through the right combinations of flavors, authentic taste and texture, and gourmet recipes that invite conviviality.”

Soft cooking artisans

The final recipe is cooked without direct flame, in a double-shell basin where water vapor circulates, an element that gives the whole a homogeneous texture, color and taste over time.

No phyto inputs, at any time, that goes without saying!
